Our Client is an experienced CNO Software Developer to design and develop advanced hardware- and software-based CNO capabilities supporting mission-critical defense, intelligence, and national security applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and C/C++ programming, low-level system internals, networking, socket-level programming, troubleshooting, and CNO capability development.

Compensation: $90000.00–$200000.00/yr
Relocation: Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
- Manage the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of application software and systems.
- Apply expert knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, software security, and network technologies.
- Develop software solutions that meet technical, security, performance, and operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software and system issues.
- Document software designs, development activities, testing procedures, and technical results.
- Communicate project status, technical challenges, and progress with leadership and customers.
- Collaborate with software engineers, systems engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and other technical teams.
- Ensure software development activities comply with applicable standards, processes, and quality requirements.
- Support software testing, integration, validation, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
Bachelor's degree and minimum 7+ years of relevant experience OR minimum 10 + years of relevant experience if no degree.
Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices) Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming. CNO capability development experience. Troubleshooting and debugging experience.
U.S. Citizenship Required: Due to the nature of this position and the requirement to maintain a U.S. government security clearance, only U.S. citizens are eligible.
Active, current TS/SCI with recent CI poly is required
