Role Summary
The Account Executive at Archway is a driven, client-focused sales professional responsible for growing revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business while expanding relationships within an existing account base. This role sits at the intersection of consultative selling and supply chain marketing services — requiring someone who can understand complex client challenges and position Archway's fulfillment, print, promotional, and distribution solutions as the answer.

The ideal candidate brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to win. They are comfortable navigating long sales cycles, building multi-level relationships within target accounts, and collaborating closely with internal operations and client services teams to deliver on commitments.

Key Result Areas
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across retail, CPG, finance, health, QSR, and related industries.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, maintaining strong client relationships and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Present Archway’s capabilities in production, procurement, marketing execution, fulfillment, logistics, and omnichannel support.
  • Build account plans, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts to support business growth.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing coordination, and solution design with internal subject matter experts.
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service delivery.
  • Respond to client needs, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism.
  • Track market activity, competitor offerings, and client trends to support strategic selling.
  • Support contract renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and client retention efforts.
  • Represent Archway in a way that reflects its people-first culture and commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in account management, outside sales, business development, or client services.
  • Experience in marketing services, logistics, fulfillment, print, promotional products, or supply chain solutions preferred.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and close revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
