About the Role
  • seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Growth to lead the next stage of our expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company’s full-funnel growth strategy across direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale channels.
  • This position goes beyond campaign execution—you will architect the growth playbook, build scalable acquisition and retention systems, lead growth initiatives across multiple channels, and own key performance metrics that drive revenue. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled consumer brands, understands both performance marketing and lifecycle marketing, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • As a key member of the leadership team, you will directly influence the future trajectory of a sustainability-focused brand while helping shape the company's long-term growth strategy.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy & Revenue Expansion
  • Define and execute a comprehensive full-funnel growth strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Drive accelerated growth across Earth Brands’ DTC and B2B distribution channels.
  • Develop scalable customer acquisition strategies that generate sustainable revenue growth.
  • Performance Marketing
  • Own and optimize customer acquisition across paid channels including:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Amazon Advertising
  • Improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, customer acquisition efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and scale new customer acquisition opportunities through partnerships and strategic collaborations.
  • Lifecycle Marketing & Retention
  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email and SMS.
  • Develop referral programs, ambassador programs, customer segmentation strategies, and retention initiatives.
  • Create upsell, cross-sell, and customer loyalty programs that maximize lifetime value (LTV).
  • Analytics & Experimentation
  • Establish growth reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems.
  • Monitor and optimize:
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Payback Period
  • Retention Metrics
  • Revenue Growth
  • Lead testing and experimentation efforts through A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Product, Brand, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure growth initiatives scale effectively.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to optimize:
  • Landing Pages
  • Conversion Funnels
  • Checkout Experiences
  • Event and Venue Integrations
  • Ensure growth initiatives align with operational capabilities and supply chain requirements.
  • Team Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth team.
  • Establish ambitious goals and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Proven success leading growth initiatives for a consumer, DTC, or e-commerce brand generating at least $5M+ in annual revenue.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling brands from approximately $5M to $50M+ in annual revenue.
  • Extensive hands-on experience managing paid media channels including:
  • Meta
  • Google
  • TikTok
  • Amazon
  • Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing platforms such as:
  • Klaviyo
  • GA4
  • Similar marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution, customer acquisition, retention, and growth analytics.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and experimentation programs.
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Based in or willing to work on-site in New York City.
  • Experience working with sustainable, mission-driven, consumer-focused brands.
  • Prior leadership experience managing high-performing growth teams.
  • Strong understanding of both brand-building and performance-driven marketing strategies.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • You are a hands-on growth leader who combines strategic vision with execution excellence. You have successfully scaled consumer brands through a combination of paid media, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and data-driven experimentation.
  • You are equally comfortable:
  • Optimizing Meta and Google campaigns
  • Analyzing ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics
  • Building retention systems and lifecycle programs
  • Collaborating with creative teams to develop high-converting brand messaging
  • Candidates with experience at leading DTC brands such as Glossier, Athletic Greens, Our Place, Oura, Liquid Death, or similar high-growth consumer brands are strongly encouraged to apply.
