About Advatix

Advatix is a technology-driven organization focused on building innovative solutions that empower businesses through scalable systems, operational excellence, and exceptional user experiences. We are committed to creating high-performing teams that thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver meaningful impact through technology and product innovation.

Position Summary

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, you will architect and own entire products from the ground up, making critical decisions across the frontend and backend to power high-stakes drop experiences for a visually demanding audience. You will work directly with company leadership to shape the product roadmap, setting technical standards and patterns that will define the platform's future. This role requires a high level of autonomy where you identify, scope, and ship features that creators depend on for their biggest moments.

You are expected to move fast while maintaining the integrity of a platform that handles significant traffic and real-time data synchronization. The ideal candidate brings over three years of professional experience building production-ready React and TypeScript frontends alongside robust Node.js and GraphQL backends on AWS. You should be a power user of AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor to multiply your output and have a proven track record of shipping products users love.

Beyond writing clean code, you must have strong opinions on product design and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. You will thrive in this environment if you enjoy deep-diving into Figma one hour and making architectural decisions about data flow the next. This is an opportunity to be a foundational engineer where the team is built around your technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and own new products from zero — not just features, but complete products — making key technical decisions across frontend and backend systems
  • Build high-performance, visually engaging user experiences that support mission-critical product launches and creator engagement
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, and technical direction
  • Establish and maintain engineering standards, development patterns, and tooling decisions that scale with the platform
  • Deliver quickly while ensuring platform stability, scalability, and reliability under significant traffic loads
  • Participate actively in product and technical discussions, contributing thoughtful feedback and recommendations
  • Design and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, GraphQL, and AWS technologies
  • Ensure seamless real-time data synchronization and high availability across distributed systems
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, and innovation

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience building production-ready React and TypeScript applications
  • Strong backend engineering experience with Node.js, GraphQL, and AWS infrastructure
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments where speed and adaptability are critical
  • Strong product intuition with the ability to contribute beyond technical implementation
  • Demonstrated success shipping products that users actively engage with and value
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar technologies
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, and scalable application design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence technical and product decisions

Ideal Candidate

You’ve worked at an early-stage startup and understand how to balance speed with quality. You write clean, maintainable code without overengineering solutions. You care deeply about the end-user experience and enjoy building products that people genuinely love. You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by solving meaningful problems in collaborative environments. You are looking for an opportunity where your technical leadership and product thinking will directly shape the future of the platform.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
