Our Client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director, Healthcare Sales to lead marketing, outreach, community engagement, intake, and enrollment activities for its PACE program. This role will be responsible for driving participant enrollment, developing and maintaining referral relationships, overseeing team performance, improving enrollment processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and program requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare sales, growth, outreach, and enrollment experience, along with demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities. The individual should be comfortable working in a data-driven environment, using performance metrics and reporting tools to prioritize activities, manage teams, improve conversion, and achieve enrollment goals.
This is a leadership opportunity for a strategic and hands-on professional who can build strong community and referral relationships, oversee enrollment operations, identify opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate effectively with executive leadership

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate all marketing, outreach, and community engagement activities supporting the PACE program.
Lead and oversee intake and enrollment processes, ensuring efficient workflows and a positive experience for prospective participants.
Identify and implement process improvements designed to increase efficiency, improve conversion, and support enrollment growth.
Track, oversee, and report on team performance against established goals and key performance indicators.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance related to leads, home visits, enrollments, eligibility statuses, and proper utilization of Salesforce.
Establish and execute strategies to achieve enrollment and growth objectives within the assigned healthcare market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including senior housing communities, physician groups, hospitals, post-acute facilities, and community organizations.
Build and maintain productive partnerships throughout the healthcare and community ecosystem to generate qualified referrals and increase program awareness.
Maintain the organization's working relationship with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to support a seamless enrollment workflow.
Ensure enrollment activities are completed within required timelines and in accordance with applicable DHCS and CMS guidelines, policies, and requirements.
Lead, coach, and support the outreach and enrollment team to achieve performance objectives and maintain accountability.
Use Salesforce and other reporting tools to monitor pipeline activity, enrollment progress, team productivity, and overall performance.
Analyze reports and operational data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action.
Develop the department budget and manage departmental performance against established financial expectations.
Monitor resources and expenses to ensure effective use of the department budget.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate key metrics, provide performance updates, and proactively address operational challenges.
Identify barriers affecting enrollment, referral development, or team performance and develop practical solutions to address them.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of outreach, referral, intake, enrollment, and performance activities.
Maintain a strong focus on participant growth, community engagement, compliance, operational efficiency, and overall program performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior healthcare services growth, sales, outreach, or enrollment preferred.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a data-driven organization.
Strong understanding of healthcare sales, outreach, enrollment, referral development, or community engagement.
Proven ability to use reports, metrics, and data to prioritize people, projects, and business activities.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, referral sources, and other external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented healthcare environment.
Knowledge of DHCS and CMS guidelines and policies related to healthcare enrollment is preferred.
Experience working with PACE or similar healthcare programs is preferred.
