Role Description
The (Contract) Recruiter reports directly to the Senior Director of Organizational Design and Talent Development and will be self-directed to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, employ traditional and creative sourcing strategies, and play a critical role in ensuring engagement with talent. 
Talent Acquisition:

  • Source and screen candidates with limited work experience and/or education for hourly entry-level  labor roles
  • Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers and find facilities to hold hiring events
  • Conduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback
  • Record, track, maintain, and meet recruitment metrics for hundreds of applicants at one time
  • Work closely with others in a collaborative environment, also be self-motivated, and have exceptional time-management skills
  • Harness technology and social media tools as well as utilize traditional recruitment activities

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in Recruiting, Inbound and Outbound Customer Service skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, reliable, and self-driven. Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and celebrating success with the team
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and with frequent interruptions.
  • Own the candidate process through the interview, decision, offer, closing, and handoff to HR for offer letters and background/reference checks
  • Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions
  • Understands the need for maintaining high levels of confidentiality
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Even-tempered, grace under pressure
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and enjoys working with a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Access to stable broadband internet, smartphone, and your own computer
  • Must work nights/weekends as project needs may require
  • Highly computer literate with capability in Excel, Word, Outlook, ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, G-Suite, and using Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Utilizes traditional job boards like Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and/or Career-builder as a Recruiter
  • Experience with (ATS) Jazz HR and Paycom, UKG (HRIS) preferred
  • This is a remote position, however, each Recruiter will be assigned a region and must work according to the needs of that particular region/time zone
  • Home computer needed- no assets assigned to contract employees
  • Project Management experience is highly preferred
