Regional Manager – REGMAN
Role Summary
Our client is searching for a Regional Manager to join their rapidly growing team. The Regional Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and will be passionate about driving client happiness, ensuring initiatives are delivered as well as maintaining and developing client relationships and identifying and delivering new opportunities. The Regional Manager will oversee branch operations within their territory.
Key Results Areas
- Serve as a region leader for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area to coordinate, and direct all activities through managers and supervisors including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development
- Drive continuous performance improvement in their region focusing on leading indicators and established key metrics
- Lead and direct the management team to develop both personally and professionally through goal setting, coaching, and feedback
- Develop an internal succession plan and a deep bench of managers at all levels of operations
- Meeting/exceeding annual objectives for the region with a primary focus on revenue, productivity, and production management
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships that ensure the right support is provided to the respective region to improve performance and remove barriers to focusing on the customer, people, and results
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with senior management and oversee regular territory business reviews with leadership
- Ensures all locations within their region are following all company and regulatory compliance
- Track and guide proper expenses and revenue targets set yearly
Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive leadership experience with 4+ years of multi-unit management and 3+ years of managing a team
- Proven experience balancing focus on people, operations, and business performance while managing multiple projects
- Strong communication skills - proactively connects to the team to drive behavior and results
- Exceptional planning skills and ability to lead managers and staff in the development of a comprehensive strategic plan including performance measures
- Proficient computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in P&L analysis
- Meet company MVR standards to drive company vehicles
