Our Client is seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own the full technical delivery of AI agent deployments for some of the largest health systems, providers, and pharmaceutical organizations in the United States. • Own enterprise client engagements end-to-end, from pre-sales demonstrations and requirements gathering through solution design, integration, implementation, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Architect and build production-grade AI agent systems that integrate with complex healthcare technologies and workflows, including EHR/EMR, claims, specialty pharmacy, and CRM systems.
  • Design secure and scalable systems that operate within regulated healthcare environments and comply with HIPAA and applicable security requirements.
  • Lead technical working sessions with clients and present architecture, implementation strategies, and technical solutions to executive stakeholders at major healthcare organizations and health insurance companies.
  • Serve as a trusted technical partner to client stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business and operational outcomes.
  • Make independent architectural and design decisions, often operating as the primary or only engineer involved in a client engagement.
  • Select appropriate technologies, scope integrations, define technical approaches, and solve complex engineering challenges in real time.
  • Build and deploy customer-facing software systems from concept through production, including integrations, infrastructure, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
  • Develop and maintain complete end-to-end system architectures and architecture diagrams for complex technical solutions.
  • Work with data and machine learning pipelines involving ETL/ELT, unstructured data, document ingestion, predictive models, and related data-processing workflows.
  • Feed learnings and insights from client deployments back into the core product platform.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to build reusable components, patterns, and capabilities that can support future deployments.
  • Contribute directly to product strategy and roadmap decisions based on real-world customer requirements and deployment experience.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for technical delivery across complex, high-value client engagements.
  • Operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly and engineers are expected to take initiative and wear multiple hats.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 to15 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proven experience building and owning complex production systems end-to-end, beyond demos, proofs of concept, or prototypes.
  • Demonstrated ability to design complete system architectures and produce detailed architecture diagrams.
  • Experience owning full technical delivery for clients, including pre-sales, requirements gathering, scoping, solution design, implementation, integration, and post-sale support.
  • Proven experience building and deploying customer-facing software systems in production through software engineering, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and professional presence, with the ability to run technical sessions and present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with senior and executive-level stakeholders.

  • Experience building data and machine learning pipelines, including PySpark, ETL/ELT, unstructured data processing, document ingestion, and predictive models.
  • Strong understanding of production software engineering practices, cloud infrastructure, integrations, deployment, and system reliability.
  • Entrepreneurial, highly accountable mindset with the ability to independently make technical decisions and drive engagements forward.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where engineers may be responsible for multiple aspects of a client engagement.
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a founding engineer, startup co-founder, startup CTO, or software engineer at a high-growth startup.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
