Client Enablement
- Conduct walkthroughs and working sessions with client process owners to review and validate deliverables.
- Transfer ownership of readiness tools and frameworks to the client, ensuring they understand how to apply them.
- Provide guidance and facilitation to help client stakeholders identify readiness gaps and define mitigation steps.
Transition Support
- Deliver enablement materials aligning with the cutover timeline.
- Equip the client with clear documentation, checklists, and playbooks that can be executed and maintained internally (after our departure)
- Ensure all outputs are business-facing, practical, and action-oriented, supporting self-sufficiency post-handover.
