The Role:
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy setting. This role is more than just overseeing inventory; it’s about leading a team, optimizing logistics, and ensuring that field operations receive the materials they need—on time and without disruption. You will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining operational accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment for oil and gas products.
  • Optimize space utilization, workflow, and logistics to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking and collaborate with internal teams to prevent shortages and delays.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and enforce strict safety compliance in alignment with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges in real-time, ensuring minimal disruptions to supply chain processes.
