Role Summary
Our client is looking for a Client Service Manager to join their rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding relationship management objectives, an understanding of retail marketing, and the ability to execute monthly financial assessments of each client, providing a variance explanation to assigned FP&A. They are strategic thinkers with analytical aptitude and the ability to manage detailed project requirements.
Key Results Area
- You will be stationed onsite at our client’s location, serving as a vital link between our client and Archway’s operational teams. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving successful outcomes.
- Oversee the execution of marketing programs tailored to retail environments, including print, promotional materials, and point-of-purchase displays
- Coordinate with Archway’s logistics, client services/support, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials to retail outlets.
- Monitor program progress and performance within retail settings, making strategic adjustments to meet client objectives and maximize retail impact.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing strategic solutions tailored to the retail industry.
- Respond promptly to all ad-hoc reporting needs as required.
- Closely monitor the execution of retail store Grand Openings, providing structured updates and mitigating risks.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree, preferably in business, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 4-6 years of successful major account management and/or sales experience
Ability to develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with senior-level client contacts
Proven business acumen, judgment, and decision-making skills
Ability to coach, mentor, and support the personal development of employee(s)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with sensitive deadlines and a changing environment
Record of success as a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office suite and ability to learn new systems
Aptitude for interpreting contracts and legal documents
Ability to travel independently up to 20% or as may be required
