Lifestyle Marketer for Growth

Role Summary

The Sr. Director of Marketing: Lifestyle Marketer for Growth is a senior creative and strategic marketing leader responsible for building and amplifying the GCG brands across all consumer touchpoints. This role goes beyond traditional marketing — it requires someone who lives the lifestyle our brands represent and can translate that authenticity into campaigns, content, and community that drive real growth.

This individual will own brand strategy, content creation, digital and social marketing, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution across the Growth Catalyst portfolio. They will be equally comfortable crafting a high-level brand narrative and rolling up their sleeves to produce content that resonates. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller, a culturally tuned-in marketer, and an operator who knows how to connect brand energy to business results.

Key Result Areas

Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Define and evolve the Growth Catalyst Group brand identity, voice, and positioning across the full portfolio of companies
  • Develop integrated brand strategies that connect lifestyle values — ambition, wellness, community, and growth — to distinct customer segments
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
  • Lead annual marketing planning and budget development in partnership with leadership
Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Lead the creation of compelling lifestyle content across video, photography, written, and social formats that reflect the brands’ energy and aspirational identity
  • Develop content calendars and editorial strategies that drive consistent audience engagement across platforms
  • Personally contribute to content creation where authenticity demands it — on-camera, in writing, or through creative direction
  • Partner with creative teams, freelancers, and agencies to produce high-quality branded assets at scale
Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Own digital marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and web
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion through platform-native content strategies
  • Manage paid social and digital advertising campaigns with a performance-oriented mindset
  • Analyze and report on key marketing metrics, translating data into actionable strategy adjustments
Influencer Partnerships & Community Building
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with lifestyle influencers, brand ambassadors, and community partners who authentically align with Growth Catalyst’s values
  • Build and nurture owned community platforms and activations that deepen brand loyalty and word-of-mouth growth
  • Represent the brand at events, activations, and public forums as a visible spokesperson and culture carrier
  • Develop co-marketing and partnership strategies that expand brand reach into new audiences

Growth Marketing & Revenue Enablement
  • Connect brand marketing investment to measurable business outcomes, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to create marketing assets, campaigns, and tools that support the full customer journey
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and brand launches across the portfolio
  • Build and refine customer personas, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing programs

Qualifications

Required
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing lifestyle, consumer, or personal brand marketing strategies
  • Deep fluency across social media platforms and digital marketing channels
  • Proven track record of growing engaged audiences and driving measurable business results through marketing
  • Strong creative instincts combined with analytical rigor — you can develop a brand narrative and read a dashboard
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a natural storyteller across formats and audiences
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional creative teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Preferred
  • Experience marketing across a portfolio of brands or in a multi-brand organization
  • Background in entrepreneurship, personal development, wellness, or adjacent lifestyle categories
  • On-camera comfort and personal brand presence on social platforms
  • Experience with influencer program management and creator economy partnerships
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and performance analytics tools
  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing or business
