Compensation: $125,000 – $185,000, as established by the hiring organization

Responsibilities (as provided by the hiring organization):
  • Handle civil litigation matters from inception through trial
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Take and defend depositions and appear in court

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado, in good standing
  • Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience
  • Experience taking/defending depositions and handling dispositive motions
  • Insurance litigation experience preferred, but not required
