Our Client is seeking a responsible, organized, and professional Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support the team and help ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. This role will provide day-to-day administrative support, assist with office management, handle incoming calls and deliveries, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, organized, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, helpful attitude are essential for success in this position.
This is an onsite opportunity for an individual who takes ownership of daily administrative responsibilities, communicates effectively with team members and visitors, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and professional office environment.

Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to team members and assist with day-to-day office needs.
Track incoming and outgoing packages, deliveries, and other office shipments to ensure items are properly received and distributed.
Support general office management activities and help ensure daily administrative operations run smoothly.
Maintain the office kitchen by monitoring supplies, keeping the area organized, and ensuring commonly used items are adequately stocked.
Assist team members with administrative tasks, document preparation, organization, and other office-related needs as required.
Help maintain a clean, tidy, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Monitor general office needs and communicate supply or maintenance requirements when necessary.
Assist with coordinating routine office activities and ensuring administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Maintain a professional and organized workspace while supporting a positive office environment.
Respond to requests from team members promptly and provide assistance as needed.
Handle multiple administrative responsibilities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Take ownership of assigned administrative tasks and follow through to completion.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of administrative, secretarial, office, or related experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and courteous phone and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Reliable, responsible, and dependable with a strong sense of accountability.
Ability to manage routine administrative responsibilities efficiently and accurately.
Ability to maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized workspace.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize daily office needs.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Positive, helpful, and professional attitude when interacting with team members and others.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive office information with appropriate professionalism and discretion.
Comfortable performing a variety of administrative and office-support tasks.
Ability to work onsite in Brooklyn, NY on a full-time basis.
