Role Overview
The Archway Supply Chain Account Manager is a highly operational subject matter expert embedded onsite at a project defined, strategic alliance partner location. Employed by Archway, this role serves as the day-to-day liaison between Archway Client Services, Operations, the alliance partner, and 3PL fulfillment teams.
The position is hands-on, and execution focused, requiring a technology-savvy, operationally strong professional who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and resolving challenges with professionalism and confidence. The Supply Chain Account Manager is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, inventory integrity, SLA performance, and system alignment across platforms while acting as a key onsite representative for Archway.
In addition, this role contributes to the design and implementation of scalable processes that support future expansion as additional partner locations are deployed within Archway’s network.

The Supply Chain Account Manager is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, inventory integrity, SLA performance, and system alignment across platforms while acting as a key onsite representative for Archway.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution & Order Accuracy
- Review and validate inbound orders for accuracy (SKU, quantity, UOM, ship method, priority)
- Ensure orders flow correctly into Archway’s WMS (ACS)
- Partner with onsite operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Serve as primary onsite contact for will-call coordination and appointment scheduling
- Verify inventory accuracy across partner systems and Archway WMS
- Identify discrepancies in item numbers, UOMs, quantities, and product definitions
- Use available tools (product images, websites, etc.) to resolve pending or unidentified inventory
- Support cycle count follow-up and Item Master corrections
- Drive resolution of inventory variances and system misalignment
- Become a subject matter expert in:
- Archway WMS (ACS)
- Partner order management platform(s)
- Troubleshoot order flow, inventory issues, and system exceptions
- Work closely with Archway Client Services, Operations, IT, and partner teams to resolve root causes
- Help establish standardized processes for UOM, SKU setup, and order entry
- Document issues and improvements to support scalable execution
- Serve as the onsite Archway representative, working closely with Archway Client Services (Director, Manager, and Support teams) as well as Operations leadership and warehouse teams
- Engage directly with client partners as needed, ensuring alignment across CS, Ops, and the alliance partner
- Manage conflict professionally and navigate operational challenges calmly and fact-based
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and with documented detail
- Ensure issues are escalated through the proper CS and Operations channels with full visibility and follow-through
- Support future expansion efforts as additional partner locations are deployed within Archway’s network
- 5+ years of supply chain, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics experience
- Strong understanding of order management, inventory control, and 3PL operations
- Highly technology savvy; experience with WMS and order platforms required
- Client-facing experience with the ability to manage high-pressure situations
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a warehouse environment 100% of the time
- Thick skin, adaptable, and able to operate effectively amid ambiguity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fully trained on Archway WMS (ACS) and partner order management systems
- Travel may be required periodically
