Work Schedule 9/80 Schedule – Employees work 9 days out of every 14, totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Electrical Engineer / Product Support Engineer to support advanced military communication products throughout their lifecycle.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong troubleshooting and analytical experience in: Analog circuits Digital systems RF technologies
The selected candidate will work closely with manufacturing and cross-functional engineering teams to diagnose complex hardware issues, perform root cause analysis, conduct simulations and experiments, and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot analog and digital hardware issues down to component level
Support military communication products through production and lifecycle phases
Conduct engineering experiments and analyze test results
Perform circuit design and analysis using simulation tools
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and support teams Lead small technical troubleshooting/design teams
Support prototype debugging and new product introductions
Provide guidance and technical support to technicians and junior engineers
Work in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environment
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with: Analog electronics Digital electronics RF systems (preferred but not mandatory)
Hands-on troubleshooting experience to component level Experience using lab equipment including: Oscilloscopes DMMs Spectrum analyzers Network analyzers Logic analyzers Signal generators
Ability to independently diagnose and solve engineering problems
Strong communication and technical leadership skills
Experience working in manufacturing or product support environments preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience OR 10+ years of related Electrical Engineering experience in lieu of degree
Additional Requirements
Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance Strong problem-solving mindset
Ability to work both independently and within collaborative engineering teams
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on electrical engineer with strong troubleshooting capabilities who enjoys solving complex hardware issues and supporting products from prototype through production.
Candidates with experience in defense, aerospace, military communications, RF systems, or manufacturing support environments are highly preferred.
